Regional Sales Director(employed)

岗位职责: 1. 根据监管部门和公司合规要求 ，拓展并组建海外经纪人队伍，为客户提供专业的保险知识咨询和服务促成保险经纪业务，完成公司下达的业绩收入 2. 落地经纪人团队深挖与管理，2B2C融合，发展多元化BD顾问等业务 3. 持续学习，研究市场与客户需求，熟悉与客户需求有关的保险、金融、法律等相关知识，不断提升业务能力 4. 按照公司和行业规范要求，参加并完成岗前培训和后续教育，做好属地化合规管理 Job Responsibilities: - According to the requirements of regulatory authorities and the company's compliance, expand and build an overseas team of insurance brokers, provide clients with professional consultation on insurance knowledge and services to facilitate insurance brokerage business, and fulfill the performance revenue targets assigned by the company. - Implement in-depth exploration and management of the broker team, integrate 2B and 2C, and develop diversified BD consultant and other businesses. - Keep learning continuously, study the market and client needs, be familiar with relevant knowledge such as insurance, finance, and law related to client needs, and constantly improve business capabilities. - Participate in and complete pre-job training and continuing education in accordance with the requirements of the company and industry regulations, and do a good job in localized compliance management. 岗位要求： 1. 本科及以上学历，有过海外零底薪经纪人招募/管理经验的，有海外经纪人资源优先 2. 深刻理解香港当地保险市场，熟悉香港及海外保险产品 3. 持有香港身份或合法的工作签证，通过保险中介人资质考试优先 Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or above. Those with experience in overseas broker recruitment/management with zero base salary and overseas broker resources are preferred. - Have a profound understanding of the local insurance market in Hong Kong and be familiar with insurance products in Hong Kong and overseas. - Hold a Hong Kong identity or a legal work visa. Those who have passed the qualification examination for insurance intermediaries are preferred.
