Job Description

Job Responsibilities: - Lead and implement the business unit‑wide Quality strategy and programs - Develop and embed quality systems, processes, and governance frameworks across projects - Provide expert guidance to project teams on quality management systems, contract requirements, and statutory compliance - Oversee quality governance, audits, inspections, and ISO accreditation requirements - Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support digital transformation of quality processes - Act as key liaison with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, certification bodies, and government authorities - Enforce the Quality Governance Framework and attend regular review meetings to monitor and improve project performance Job Requirement: - Degree in a construction‑related discipline - Minimum 12-15 years’ experience in Quality Management within construction industry - Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality/environmental management systems - Proven experience leading teams and driving strategy at business unit or large project level - Experience working in multi‑cultural environments Interested parties, please apply with full resume stating present and expected salary in your application.
