Your key responsibilities - Support the Quality Leader in establishing and enhancing Q&RM policies, procedures, performance evaluation processes and training programs - Conduct and support Q&RM reviews, including Opportunity Review, Technology Delivery Risk Review, Engagement Agreement Review, Subcontract / Third Party Review and other service delivery-related reviews - Facilitate approvals for Q&RM matters with relevant stakeholders across the firm - Facilitate and promote service delivery quality programs and related initiatives - Support the Quality Leader in identifying, monitoring and managing potential non-compliance issues. - Implement the Q&RM performance evaluation process - Deliver Q&RM training programs to relevant stakeholders - Support the Quality Leader in responding to requests from, and working with, local and global Quality or Risk Management functions - Handle and respond to daily Quality & Compliance consultations Requirements Skills and attributes for success - Preferably 5-8 years of experience in quality and risk management - Experience gained in a professional services firm is preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders - Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin What we look for - A mature, detail-oriented and practical Q&RM professional with solid experience in quality, risk, compliance, internal control or service delivery governance - Someone who can review engagement-related matters, identify potential quality or compliance risks, and provide clear, practical guidance to stakeholders - A strong communicator who can facilitate approval processes, manage sensitive matters with discretion, and balance risk requirements with business needs - An independent and proactive team member who can support policy implementation, quality initiatives, training programs and daily Q&RM consultation What we offer you At EY, we’ll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with leading class experiences.
