We focus on structured planning, clear communication, and strong on-site coordination so that projects finish safely, on time, and within budget. Our team works closely with clients, contractors, and consultants to hold standards and meet project goals. Professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement matter in everything we do. The role We are looking for a Site supervisor to support the delivery of high-end interior fit-out projects — villas, penthouses, and apartments where the finish is the product. You will be on site, reading the drawings, catching the clashes before they are built, and holding the quality line on materials and workmanship. What you will do - Supervise day-to-day fit-out and finishing works on site - Read architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and identify coordination clashes between ceilings, ducts, and pipework before installation - Raise and follow through on WIR and MIR submissions - Inspect and approve materials and finishes against specification — marble, natural stone, veneer, joinery, paint, and waterproofing - Coordinate between contractors, consultants, and the project management team - Track progress against programme and report on site status - Manage snagging and de-snagging through to handover What we are looking for - 2+ years of relevant experience. Candidates with less experience will be considered if they hold a strong engineering education and excellent academic results - Interior fit-out and finishing experience, preferably in high-end villas, penthouses, or apartments - Ability to read architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and spot coordination clashes - Working knowledge of marble, natural stone, veneer, joinery, paint finishes, and waterproofing - A Civil or Architectural Engineering experience. An architectural background is preferred - Strong English. Arabic is an advantage - A valid UAE driving licence is an advantage Employment visa will be provided.
