🚨 WE ARE HIRING – SITE SUPERVISOR / FOREMAN GDB Interiors General Contracting and Maintenance LLC is looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor / Foreman to join our team. 💰 Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,000 per month 📍 Location: UAE 💼 Employment Type: Full-Time 🔨 Key Responsibilities - Supervise and manage daily interior fit-out and civil works. - Lead workers and subcontractors on site. - Coordinate different trades and ensure smooth site operations. - Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and project requirements. - Monitor quality, productivity, manpower, and materials. - Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, consultants, and mall management. - Maintain good housekeeping and ensure site safety requirements are followed. - Monitor project progress and report any delays or site issues. - Check materials and ensure proper usage and storage. - Ensure timely completion of snagging and assigned works. ✅ Requirements - 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out/construction. - UAE experience is preferred. - Experience in retail, mall, commercial, or hospitality fit-out projects is an advantage. - Good knowledge of civil and interior fit-out works. - Ability to read and understand drawings. - Good leadership and communication skills. - Able to manage workers and subcontractors effectively. - Responsible, hardworking, and able to work under pressure. - UAE driving licence is an advantage. - Immediate joiners preferred. 📩 Interested candidates can send their CV to Hargunkaur@gdbinterior.com Join GDB Interiors and be part of our growing team!
