Operations Associate, Global Asset Management

We are seeking an experienced Operations Associate to join a leading Asset Management firm's APAC Investment Management Operations team. This role combines fund valuation oversight and middle office trade support operations management. The successful candidate will independently review NAV calculations, investigate valuation exceptions, challenge third-party administrators where required, and ensure accurate fund pricing for investors and exchanges. In addition, the role oversees key APAC middle office activities, including trade lifecycle management, settlement monitoring, cash management, reconciliations, and operational risk mitigation. The incumbent will work closely with Trading, Fund Management, Capital Markets, Distribution, Custody providers, and external service partners to support efficient day-to-day operations and deliver a high level of client service. Key Requirements - 3-7 years of middle office operations, Trade Support, Fund Operations working in financial institution. - Knowledge of the full trade lifecycle, settlements, custody, reconciliations, and post-trade operations across APAC and EMEA markets working in an investment management firm. - Experience overseeing third-party administrators, custodians, or outsourced service providers.
