Global Insurer - Finance Operations SO (contract)

Key Responsibilities - Support payment operations, month-end and year-end closing activities. - Prepare journals, account reconciliations, and assist with system migration projects. - Resolve outstanding reconciliation items and monitor aged suspense accounts. - Support internal and external audits. - Handle payment-related enquiries from internal stakeholders. - Participate in UAT for system enhancements and business initiatives. - Assist with incident management and ad hoc operational tasks. Requirements - Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. - 3 + years' accounting or finance operations experience, preferably within financial services. - Prior supervisory experience preferred. - Strong knowledge of reconciliations, accounting ledgers, and payment operations. - Hands-on UAT experience, including test planning and execution. - Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills. - Fluent in English and Chinese.
