Trade Support VP - Global Markets

Responsibilities Provide trade support for structured deposits, ensuring accurate trade capture, confirmation, and settlement. Monitor and resolve trade booking discrepancies, breaks, and exceptions in a timely manner. Liaise with trading desks, sales, and operations teams to resolve trade-related queries and issues. Validate and reconcile underlying asset pricing, coupons, barriers, and knock-in/knock-out events for structured products. Ensure compliance with trade confirmation, settlement, and regulatory reporting requirements. Assist in trade lifecycle events, including fixing resets, expiries, and early redemptions. Work with external counterparties, custodians, and prime brokers to resolve trade settlement issues. Manage a team of MO professionals Requirements 8+ years of trade support/middle office experience Strong understanding of derivatives trade lifecycle, including pricing, valuation, and settlement. Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot trade breaks and P&L discrepancies. Excellent communication skills to interact with traders, sales, and external counterparties. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
