Core Banking Test Lead – Singapore

Job Description – Core Banking Test Lead On contract-6- 8 Months Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Core Banking Test Lead with proven experience delivering multiple core banking implementation, migration, upgrade, or transformation programs. The candidate will lead testing end-to-end, from planning and preparation through execution, defect management, and test closure. Key Responsibilities ● Lead end-to-end testing for core banking implementation, migration, upgrade, or transformation programs. ● Develop the overall test strategy, test plan, scope, timelines, and resource requirements. ● Drive test preparation, including test scenarios, test cases, test data, environments, and readiness. ● Lead SIT, UAT, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing. ● Coordinate testing across business, technology, vendors, and third-party systems. ● Manage test execution, defect triage, prioritization, and resolution tracking. ● Monitor testing progress, risks, dependencies, and quality metrics. ● Provide regular status updates to senior stakeholders and ensure testing milestones are achieved. ● Lead test closure activities, including defect sign-off, test summary reporting, and production readiness. ● Manage and mentor test teams as required. Required Experience & Skills ● 8–12+ years of testing experience, with significant experience as a Test Lead/Manager. ● Proven experience delivering multiple Core Banking projects. ● Strong understanding of core banking processes and modules, including deposits, loans, accounts, payments, and customer management. ● Strong experience in test planning, preparation, execution, defect management, and closure. ● Experience leading SIT, UAT, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing. ● Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. ● Experience with test management and defect tracking tools. Preferred ● Experience with Temenos T24/Transact, Finacle, Oracle FLEXCUBE, or similar core banking platforms. ● Experience in banking transformation, data migration, API/integration testing, and payments. ● Mandarin/Chinese-speaking capability is highly preferred, particularly for working with Chinese-speaking stakeholders or teams. ● Agile/Scrum delivery experience. ● ISTQB or equivalent certification is an advantage. PR/Citizens are preferred
