Product Manager / Product Owner We're Hiring: Product Manager / Product Owner (Payments) Superchat AI is looking for an experienced Product Manager / Product Owner to join our team in Dubai, UAE. Location: Dubai, UAE Work Model: Full-time, On-site Experience: 5+ years Industry: AI / FinTech / SaaSWhat You'll Do - Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our payments and financial products. - Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements to launch and optimization. - Work closely with Engineering, Design, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders. - Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritize the backlog. - Identify opportunities to improve payment experiences, reliability, conversion, and operational efficiency. - Work with payment gateways, processors, banking partners, and other financial ecosystem stakeholders. - Use customer feedback, data, and market insights to drive product decisions. - Ensure payment products meet relevant security, compliance, and regulatory requirements. What We're Looking For - 5+ years of experience in Product Management / Product Ownership. - Strong experience in payments, FinTech, SaaS, AI, or related technology products. - Hands-on understanding of payment flows, gateways, APIs, transactions, refunds, settlements, reconciliation, and payment failures. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. - Experience working closely with engineering and technical teams. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills. - Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
