We provide a powerful marketing platform and a continuous flow of premium leads, enabling our consultants to focus on building client relationships and closing successful transactions. Requirements - Arabic Speaker - Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in Dubai's real estate market. - Senior Candidates: Professionals with 3 – 4+ years of experience and a strong track record of successful property transactions (proof of sales/closed deals required) are highly encouraged to apply. - Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and closing abilities with a demonstrated capacity to convert qualified leads into sales. - Market Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Dubai's real estate market, major developers, off-plan projects, and investment return opportunities. - Language: Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written). - Professionalism: Ability to build long-term client relationships and represent the company with the highest level of professionalism. Key Responsibilities - Manage and follow up with premium leads provided by the company. - Conduct property presentations and consultations for prospective investors and buyers. - Represent Iceland Real Estate at developers’ sales centers and project launches. - Negotiate and close property transactions efficiently and professionally. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, projects, and investment opportunities in Dubai.
