Ali & Sons RealEstate (ASRE) delivers premium real estate projects across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and the Northern Emirates, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality project delivery while aligning consultants, contractors, and stakeholders. We are expanding our Project Management Team and seeking a Senior Planning & Cost Control Engineer to support multiple projects across the UAE. Purpose Support the Project Management Team in planning, monitoring, and controlling project schedules and costs, ensuring projects are delivered within approved timelines and budgets. Provide senior management with accurate reporting, risk assessments, and decision-support insights to ensure effective project governance. Key Responsibilities - Develop, maintain, and audit project schedules and cost plans from concept to handover. - Review consultants’ and contractors’ submissions for accuracy, feasibility, and compliance. - Monitor project progress, conduct critical path analysis, earned value calculations, and cost performance reviews. - Identify risks affecting time and cost, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate major issues. - Prepare final schedules, cost reconciliations, and post-project lessons learned. - Ensure all planning and cost control requirements are met across all project stages.
