Talent Acquisition Trainee (Tamheer)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Trainee to join our HR team through the Tamheer Program. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about recruitment and eager to gain hands-on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle within a professional and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities - Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms - Screen resumes and identify qualified candidates based on job requirements - Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers - Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process - Prepare recruitment reports and maintain candidate records - Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives - Perform other Talent Acquisition and HR-related tasks as assigned Requirements - Saudi National (Tamheer eligibility required) - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field - Fresh graduate or limited professional experience - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Good organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - English proficiency is preferred - Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition
