Job Objective We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented trainee to join our HR team under the Tamheer program. This role will mainly focus on recruitment activities while also providing exposure to HR operations, giving you hands-on experience across multiple HR functions. Key Responsibilities - Assist in posting job advertisements and sourcing candidates. - Screen resumes and schedule interviews. - Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process. - Support onboarding activities for new hires. - Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. - Assist in employee records management and documentation. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, English Language and Translation or a related field. - Strong interest in recruitment and HR operations. - Good communication and organizational skills. - Strong command of the English language (spoken and written). - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Location: Head Office - Riyadh.
