Sales Engineer – Sinotruk | Abu Dhabi Division: Trucks / Heavy Commercial Vehicles About the Role We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to join our growing Heavy Commercial Vehicle Team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in truck and heavy commercial vehicle sales, excellent customer relationships and the technical knowledge to understand and present commercial vehicle solutions to customers. Key Responsibilities - Drive sales of Sinotruk heavy commercial vehicles and trucks across the assigned territory. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with fleet owners, transport companies, contractors, and key customers. - Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market development and customer visits. - Understand customer requirements and recommend the appropriate truck and vehicle solutions. - Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow the sales process through to completion. - Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements. - Work closely with After Sales, Parts, and Service teams to ensure a strong customer experience. - Maintain accurate customer and sales pipeline information. Essentials: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field. - Proven experience in selling trucks / heavy commercial vehicles in the UAE. - Strong understanding of the commercial vehicle and trucking market. - Valid UAE driving licence. - Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills. - Excellent communication skills in both English & Arabic. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a field-based sales environment.
