Head of Fixed Income Market-Making

Job Duties - Lead team in market-making for investment-grade bonds to support credit flow business. - Collaborate with fixed income sales to facilitate clients’ trades. - Ensure proper risk management of credit trading book. - Cooperate with DCM team in relating work to primary market. - Work with relevant internal departments to ensure operation of trading business. Requirements - Bachelor degree holder in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related fields preferred. - At least 12 years of experience in credit trading. - Highly independent with proactive work attitude. - Strong commitment to integrity, professionalism and teamwork - Strong command of English and Chinese, both conversational and writing.
