Leading Insurer - Fixed Income Investment Lead

Key Responsibilities - Develop and review Strategic Asset Allocation (SAA) and Target Asset Allocation (TAA). - Lead fixed income investments across investment-grade bonds, securitized credit, infrastructure debt, and private credit. - Oversee external asset managers, portfolio performance, and investment risk. - Monitor investment performance, portfolio risks, and compliance with investment mandates. - Strengthen investment governance, risk frameworks, and policy development. - Drive investment research, portfolio construction, and manager selection across fixed income asset classes. - Explore emerging opportunities and implement investment initiatives within the broader investment framework. - Collaborate with Finance, Actuarial, Risk, Product, and senior stakeholders on investment matters. - Identify and implement new investment opportunities and initiatives. Requirements - Degree in Finance, Investment, Business, or related discipline; CFA preferred. - 10+ years of experience in insurance, asset management, or institutional investments. - Strong expertise in fixed income, asset allocation, investment risk management, and portfolio oversight. - Experience in Asset Liability Management (ALM) within an insurance environment is highly desirable. - Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills. - Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
