Job Description

Tai Sang Land Development Limited, diversifies investment portfolios to include godown, shops commercial and residential properties in Hong Kong as well as overseas. Responsibilities - Review all promotional assets to ensure strict compliance with Estate Agents Authority (EAA) Ordinances guidelines - Oversee production of leasing brochures, floor plans, project websites and physical signage - Coordinate with advertising agencies, media partners and property consultancies - Project manage on site marketing events including tenant appreciation programs, and seasonal promotions - Collaborate closely with internal leasing team to align marketing goals - Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Housing Management or related fields - EAA Salesperson / Estate Agent License holder is preferred - 4 years or above of property marketing experience with developers, landlords or major agencies - Excellent writing and speaking skills in English and Cantonese - Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD - Hardworking, proactive and willing to learn, good negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills - Good connections and network among property agents, major landlords and developers would be an advantage We offer competitive salary and benefits packages.
