Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service & Reservations Specialist Company: Ground Transportation Company Location: Jeddah - Saudi Arabia Employment: Full-time, shift-based Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service & Reservations Specialist, including direct experience in passenger transportation, limousine, chauffeur services or vehicle rental across Saudi Arabia. Applicants with only freight, cargo, general logistics or travel experience should not apply. Key Responsibilities: - Handling customer inquiries and bookings through calls, WhatsApp and e-mail. - Recording and following all requests through CRM. - Coordinating bookings with Pricing and Operations. - Handling delays and complaints professionally. - Excellent Arabic and good working English. - Availability for shifts, weekends and public holidays. Requirements: - Proven experience in Customer Service & Reservations in Saudi Arabia. - Understanding of the Saudi corporate market. - Experience in Transportation, Mobility, Limousine, Fleet Rental or related services is a strong advantage. - Arabic & English communication skills.
