WE’RE HIRING — SALES MANAGER | DUBAI Join Vivienda Real Estate Vivienda Real Estate is looking for an experienced, ambitious, and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team in Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai. We are looking for a strong real estate brokerage leader who can drive sales, manage a productive team, develop agents, and contribute to the continued growth of the company. KEY REQUIREMENTS - Minimum 4 years of experience in the UAE real estate brokerage industry. - Mandatory experience in both Off-Plan and Secondary Market real estate. - Proven track record in real estate sales and team management. - Strong understanding of real estate brokerage operations and sales processes. - Strong knowledge of the Dubai and UAE property market, including both Off-Plan and Secondary Market. - Proven ability to lead, motivate, coach, and manage real estate agents. - Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. - Excellent command of English. Additional languages are an advantage. - Highly motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded. - Strong leadership and team-building skills. - Ability to monitor KPIs, manage performance, and achieve monthly targets. - Existing UAE real estate brokerage network is highly valued. - TEAM REQUIREMENT The Sales Manager must join with a minimum of 4 real estate agents from day one. Each of the 4 agents must have a minimum of 1 year of real estate experience. Vivienda Real Estate will provide additional recruitment support to help the Sales Manager expand and grow the team beyond the initial 4 agents. COMPENSATION STRUCTURE Fixed Salary: AED 6,000 per month Performance-Based Salary: Up to AED 2,000 per month, linked to monthly target achievement and overall performance. Total Monthly Salary: Up to AED 8,000 PERSONAL SALES COMMISSION The Sales Manager can earn up to 50% personal commission on their own sales. TEAM OVERRIDE — REVENUE-BASED The Sales Manager will earn a team override based on the total monthly team revenue: - AED 100,000 – AED 150,000 Revenue → 2% Team Override - AED 150,000 – AED 200,000 Revenue → 3% Team Override - AED 200,000 – AED 250,000 Revenue → 5% Team Override - AED 250,000+ Revenue → 7% Team Override The applicable team override percentage will be determined by the total monthly revenue generated by the team.
