Role Description The Real Estate Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi. The consultant will manage property listings, conduct viewings, and guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process. Daily activities include prospecting and following up with leads, preparing and presenting property proposals, negotiating terms, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends and regulations. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, ensuring accurate documentation, and delivering a high standard of client service from initial contact through closing. The consultant is expected to meet sales targets while upholding professional and ethical standards. Qualifications - Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage. - Knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate market, property laws, and transaction processes, or willingness to learn quickly. - Proficiency with CRM systems, basic office software, and online property listing platforms. - Proven ability to work on-site, manage a busy schedule, and handle multiple client engagements simultaneously. - Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer-focused roles is highly beneficial. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience. - Valid UAE driving license and access to reliable transportation are strongly preferred.
