Real Estate Sales Progression

CBA Real Estate | Dubai | Full-Time CBA Real Estate is looking for an experienced Sales Progression & Contracts Officer to manage Dubai real estate transactions from agreed deal through to successful transfer. This is not a general admin role. We are looking for someone who understands Dubai property contracts, DLD procedures and transaction progression. Responsibilities - Prepare and manage Forms A, B and F - Prepare MOUs, addendums and transaction documents - Coordinate buyers, sellers, agents, developers and banks - Manage NOCs and transfer requirements - Track transaction deadlines and outstanding documents - Coordinate trustee office and DLD transfers - Maintain accurate CRM and transaction records - Keep agents and clients updated throughout the deal - Ensure transactions are fully prepared for successful transfer What We Are Looking For - Previous Dubai real estate experience - Experience with sales progression, conveyancing or contracts - Good knowledge of DLD/RERA procedures - Strong understanding of Form F and property transfers - Excellent English communication - Extremely organised and detail-oriented - Able to manage multiple transactions at the same time - Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills Package AED 4, 000–5, 000 monthly salary Plus: - Commission/bonus on every successful property transfer - UAE employment visa - Medical insurance - Professional real estate working environment - Career growth within CBA Real Estate - Exposure to high-value Dubai property transactions We are looking for someone who takes ownership of every transaction and makes sure nothing gets missed between deal agreement and transfer.
