Marketing Executive (Full-time) Marketing Department

Responsibilities - Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, EDM, Google Ads and other online advertising to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement and traffic to the website - Conduct regular reporting and performance tracking; evaluate campaign effectiveness using metrics such as conversions and ROI - Optimize the use of multi-channel digital campaigns to promote hospital services - Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and provide insights for improvement - Manage and maintain hospital website content, ensuring it is up-to-date and user-friendly - Oversee daily operations of social media platforms and develop strategies to enhance audience engagement - Support the implementation of marketing strategies, projects, and events. - Assist in organizing events, seminars, and webinars - Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned Requirements - Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or other related disciplines - Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceutical or wellness sectors. - Solid experience in digital marketing and social media management i.e. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc. - Strong content strategy capabilities with creative mindset, strong copywriting an contentment creation skills with ability to translate complex information into accessible content - Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skill - Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing - Excellent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin - Immediate available is preferred We offer a competitive remuneration package to suitable candidates.
