We're Hiring: Business/Sales Executive | Security Systems At 4FORCE, we make safety our top priority. We deliver advanced, integrated solutions that safeguard people, property, and infrastructure. Our Solutions Portfolio Includes: • Access Security Controls System • Sliding Gates & Turnstile System • Gate Automation System • Smart Home Automation & Lighting Control System • CCTV System • Public Address & Intercom System • Telecommunications & GPS System • AMC Contracts & Proposals for all of the above Along with Building Automation, Access Control & Entrance Automation, CCTV & Protection Systems, Telecom, Antenna & Network Solutions, GPS Tracking and Radar Systems. We are expanding and looking for a driven Business/Sales Executive to join us in the UAE. Duties/Job Responsibilities: • To develop new clients for our business distribution for security & ELV solutions, including Sliding Gates, Turnstile Systems and AMC Contracts • To build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end users • To manage a full sales cycle - from lead generation to closing orders and after-sales • To prepare AMC Contract Proposals and negotiate annual maintenance contracts • To work with our technical team to deliver tailored, high-performance solutions • To achieve and exceed monthly / annually sales targets What we're looking for: • 1-3 years proven sales experience in Security Systems / ELV / Gate Automation / Turnstile & Sliding Gates • Experience in selling AMC Contracts is a strong advantage • Strong network in UAE clients, facilities management, or channels • Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills • UAE Driving License is a Must • Hunter mindset - you love to find and close deals Location: UAE - Dubai & Northern Emirates Employment: Full-time If you are passionate about security technology and want to grow with a company that partners with leading global tech providers, we want to hear from you.
