Key Responsibilities: - Support and improve day-to-day manufacturing operations. - Drive continuous improvement and productivity initiatives. - Analyse production performance and implement effective solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency. - Lead problem-solving activities to improve reliability, quality, and output. - Support engineering projects, process enhancements, and new product launches. - Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards. Requirements: - Degree in Engineering or related discipline. - Proven experience in manufacturing, production, or process engineering. - Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills. - Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
