Production Engineer – Medical Device Manufacturing

🚀 We’re Hiring: Production Engineer – Medical Device Manufacturing Ready to grow your engineering career in medical device manufacturing? Join our team as a Production Engineer and gain hands-on exposure to production support, process improvement, validation, and quality-driven manufacturing. This role is ideal for an early-career engineer with 1 to 2 years of experience who enjoys solving problems, working with cross-functional teams, and making a real impact on manufacturing performance and product quality. 🔧 What You’ll Do: - Provide daily engineering support to ensure smooth, stable, and compliant production operations. - Troubleshoot process, equipment, tooling, and assembly-related issues to minimize downtime. - Drive yield, productivity, cycle time, and cost improvement initiatives. - Support root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement projects. - Assist in process validation activities including IQ, OQ, and PQ documentation. - Support engineering changes, production ramp-up, capacity planning, and manufacturing readiness. - Work with Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Tooling, and customers to resolve manufacturing challenges. 🎯 Who we’re looking for: - Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. - 1 to 2 years of experience in production, manufacturing engineering, or medical device manufacturing. - Basic knowledge of quality systems, ISO 13485, GMP, process validation, or Lean/Six Sigma is an advantage. - Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams. 🌱 Why Join Us: - Build real-world engineering skills in a fast-paced medical device manufacturing environment. - Learn from experienced engineers and work on meaningful improvement projects. - Receive internal and external training to support your professional growth. - Contribute to products that support healthcare and patient care.
