Job Description

Multinational insurance companies are looking for an experienced strategy professional for their in-house Strategy team. Scope would incldue Corporate Strategy, Customer Experience, Distribution, Agency, Digital Transformation, Proposition, Operation Excellence, Business Transformation etc. Fantastic opportunities to work with an exceptionally bright team to inform strategic decision-making and acts as a catalyst and driver for strategic change and impact for the business. Responsibilities - Shape the long-range strategic agenda for the business through identification of key industry trends and new initiatives - Drive structured market intelligence gathering, including competitor insights and industry trends. - Challenge the business with critical thinking and innovative insight to improve the way the business operates - Drive cross-functional projects that address the important strategic priorities and ensure the execution meets the KPIs - Communicate the strategy to internal and external stakeholders - Prepare monthly and quarterly business reports for senior management and Board-level forums. Requirements - Previous strategy consulting or industrial experience is preferred. From top-tier management consultancy is a plus - Proficiency in English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin is preferred - Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence senior stakeholders - Strategic mindset with strong problem solving skills and ability to draw insights from a complex set of data sources - Strong project management and business acumen. - Good understanding of markets from the competitive, regulatory and macroeconomic perspectives - Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a small team.
