Business Analyst, Insurance

Business Analyst (Insurance) We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support insurance business and system transformation initiatives. The role will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, support solution design, and ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements, guiding users to define workflows and detailed requirements. - Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, or automation. - Analyze business data, trends, and metrics to support decision-making and strategic initiatives. - Work with technical teams to translate business needs into functional specifications and system solutions. - Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. - Support UAT planning, execution, defect resolution, and obtain business sign-off before deployment. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related disciplines. - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in insurance or financial services. - Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, stakeholder management, and UAT. - Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Experience with Insurance Core Systems, particularly Underwriting, Policy Servicing and Claims workflows, is highly preferred.
