Secondary Market Property Consultant – DAMAC Lagoons Specialist Dubai | Full-Time Allegiance Real Estate is expanding its Secondary Market team and is looking for experienced Secondary Market Agents with strong expertise in DAMAC Lagoons If you know the community, understand resale transactions, have strong relationships with owners and buyers, and know how to convert opportunities into successful closings, we want to hear from you. The Role As a Secondary Market Property Consultant, you will focus on sourcing, managing and closing resale transactions, with a strong focus on DAMAC Lagoons Your responsibilities will include: - Sourcing and securing new DAMAC Lagoons resale listings - Building strong relationships with property owners, buyers, investors and brokers - Generating and converting buyer and seller opportunities - Advising clients on pricing, market conditions and resale opportunities - Conducting property viewings, presentations and negotiations - Managing transactions from initial enquiry through to completion - Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline - Maintaining accurate CRM records and consistent follow-up - Achieving and exceeding agreed sales targets and KPIs What We Offer - AED 5,000 fixed salary - Up to 60% commission - Uncapped earning potential - Premium property portal package - Leads provided - Strong sales and management support - Personal branding and professional content creation support - Ongoing training and coaching - International platform with opportunities across multiple markets What We're Looking For - Minimum 1 year of experience in UAE Real Estate - Strong knowledge of DAMAC Lagoons - Secondary/resale market experience preferred - Proven ability to generate leads and build a sales pipeline - Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills - Existing network of owners, buyers, investors or brokers is highly desirable - Target-driven, proactive and commercially focused - Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills - Experience using CRM systems - Good understanding of the Dubai/UAE real estate market and resale process If DAMAC Lagoons is your area of expertise and you're ready to build a bigger business, we'd like to hear from you.
