Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, end-users, and leading developers. - Advise clients on projects, payment plans, investment potential, ROI, and market trends. - Conduct professional property presentations, attend project launches and exclusive real estate events. - Generate and manage leads through personal networking, referrals, marketing campaigns, and business development. - Build a strong personal network and develop long-term client relationships. - Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of UAE real estate experience; luxury real estate experience is preferred. - Proven ability to self-generate leads and close business. - Strong understanding of the Dubai property market and investment opportunities. - English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus. - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills. - Professional, ambitious, and performance driven mindset. - Brokers looking for growth, mentorship, and structured career development are encouraged to apply.
