Head of Product (Consumer - Fintech)

The Role We're looking for a Head of Product, Consumer to own and drive the full suite of B2C financial products — WPS, Cards, Lending, Wallet, and beyond. This is a senior leadership role with broad scope: you'll set the product vision, define the roadmap, and lead a team of product managers to ship experiences that millions of people rely on every day. You'll sit at the intersection of business strategy, user experience, and financial regulation — making high-stakes decisions about what to build, how to grow, and where to place big bets. What You'll Do - Own the end-to-end product strategy for Astra Tech's consumer financial products (WPS, Cards, Lending, Wallet, and new verticals) - Define and prioritize the product roadmap in alignment with company OKRs, balancing user needs, commercial goals, and regulatory requirements - Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of product managers across multiple product lines - Partner closely with engineering, design, data, risk, compliance, and commercial teams to deliver world-class products - Drive key metrics — activation, engagement, retention, revenue — with a rigorous, data-informed approach - Stay ahead of fintech trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory shifts across the UAE and wider MENA region - Represent the consumer product organization to executive leadership and the board
