Performance Strategist

About the role We are looking for a data-driven Performance Strategist to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple channels, using data and insights to drive measurable business results. This role offers the opportunity to work with leading brands while developing your expertise in performance marketing and digital strategy in a fast-paced agency environment. What you'll be doing Drive and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to deliver measurable business results. - Manage end-to-end digital campaigns across search, social, programmatic display, and video channels - Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns using platforms such as Google Marketing Platforms and Meta (Facebook) Business Manager - Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for continuous optimisation - Analyse campaign data, dashboards, and reports to identify trends, insights, and opportunities - Troubleshoot campaign delivery and performance issues to ensure consistent improvement - Identify optimization and scaling opportunities to maximize campaign effectiveness - Provide technical expertise and support to clients and internal planning teams What we're looking for We are looking for a data-driven and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment. - Bachelor’s degree in any discipline - Around 1 year of experience in SEM, social media advertising, or programmatic/RTB buying - Prior experience in a media or advertising agency is preferred - Strong understanding of performance marketing and e-commerce fundamentals - Familiar with web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and key performance metrics - Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong data handling skills - Detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking abilities - Able to deliver high-quality work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills, both written and spoken - Keeps up to date with clients’ business, market trends, and industry developments - Candidate with less experience will be consider as Performance Executive We offer a 5-day work of week, group medical & life insurance coverage and free shuttle bus to the right candidate.
