Role Description This is a full-time, on-site AC Technician role based in Dubai. The AC Technician will install, inspect, and service air conditioning systems, including split units, central systems, and related components. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues, performing preventive maintenance, cleaning and replacing filters and coils, checking refrigerant levels, and ensuring proper electrical and plumbing connections. The role also involves responding to service calls, documenting work performed, following safety and environmental guidelines, and coordinating with supervisors and clients to ensure timely and quality completion of jobs. Qualifications - Candidates should possess strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving AC system issues efficiently. - Candidates should possess plumbing skills related to condensate drainage, piping, and basic water connections for HVAC systems. - Candidates should possess preventive maintenance experience, including routine inspections, cleaning, and performance checks of AC units. - Candidates should possess knowledge of electricity and electrical safety for working with AC controls, wiring, and power supply. - Candidates should possess understanding of EPA or equivalent environmental and refrigerant handling standards, including safe recovery and disposal practices. - Relevant technical diploma or certification in HVAC, refrigeration, or a related field is preferred. - Experience as an AC Technician or in a similar maintenance role, ideally within residential, commercial, or industrial facilities. - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work orders, with strong attention to detail and safety. - Effective communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team on-site in Dubai.
