- Role - Field Technician – FTTH / Telecom - Type - Outsourced - Location - Across UAE - Salary - 4000-4500 AED+Standard UAE Benefits Key Responsibilities - Install and maintain fiber optic (FTTH), routers, and network equipment - Attend service requests and resolve network faults and connectivity issues - Perform installation, testing, and troubleshooting at customer premises - Update job status and activities in system/tools (PDA/mobile) - Coordinate with technical support teams for complex issues - Ensure accurate reporting of incomplete or pending tasks - Maintain professional conduct while interacting with customers - Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures Experience - 1–3 years of experience in FTTH / GPON / telecom field operations - Hands-on experience in installation and fault resolution - Ability to work independently in field conditions Qualifications - High school diploma (minimum) - Diploma in Telecommunications / Electrical / Networking (preferred) - Basic networking knowledge with good communication skills Regards TASC Recruitment Team
