Job Position Planning Engineer Job ID #02-2026 Department Others Job Details Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering with MOHESR Equivalency - Engineer's License from Abu Dhabi Municipality - Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in planning and scheduling in the UAE. Knowledge/Skills Excellent communication skills in English. Communication skills in Arabic will be an added advantage Key Responsibilities - Develop detailed project schedules and work programs using planning software (Primavera P6 / MS Project). - Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly. - Prepare baseline schedules, recovery plans, and progress reports. - Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to track project milestones. - Analyze project delays and recommend corrective actions and mitigation plans. - Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients. - Track project resources, productivity, and performance indicators. - Assist in tender planning, resource planning, and manpower forecasting. - Ensure compliance with project timelines and contractual requirements.
