Regional Connectivity Manager

Role: Regional Connectivity Manager Location: Singapore, Singapore Salary: SGD15,000 - SGD20,000 per month Job type: Full time / permanent We are working with a rapidly growing global data centre solutions provider delivering connectivity, construction, installation and managed-service programmes for major operators across international markets. As part of continued expansion across Asia Pacific, they are looking to appoint a Regional Connectivity Manager to lead and grow their connectivity offering from Singapore. The position combines regional business leadership with the successful delivery of major structured cabling, fibre and data centre infrastructure projects across multiple APAC markets. The opportunity - Take regional ownership of a growing connectivity services offering across APAC, helping shape how the business develops its capability, delivery model and market presence. - Lead the successful delivery of connectivity, structured cabling, fibre and wider data centre infrastructure projects across multiple countries and customer environments. - Act as the senior regional point of contact for customers, combining technical credibility with strong project, programme and stakeholder leadership. - Oversee project planning, resources, budgets, schedules, risk and delivery performance across a portfolio of regional work. - Support business development through solution development, bid support, customer engagement and identification of opportunities within both existing and new accounts. - Build, mentor and lead project and technical teams across the region, creating consistent standards and delivery methodologies. - Drive regional best practice across quality, H&S, governance and operational delivery while ensuring projects are executed consistently across different countries and cultures. What we are looking for - Significant experience leading connectivity, structured cabling, telecommunications or data centre infrastructure projects. - Strong technical understanding of data centre connectivity, fibre infrastructure, structured cabling, network deployments and carrier connectivity. - A proven track record of managing multi-country or regional project delivery within APAC. - Experience working with hyperscale, colocation, telecoms, enterprise or other mission-critical data centre customers. - Strong project and programme management capability, including budgets, resource planning, schedules, risk and delivery performance. - Commercial awareness and the ability to contribute to bids, solution development, account growth and wider business development. - Credible client-facing leadership, with the ability to act as a senior escalation point and trusted regional subject matter expert. - Experience building and developing technical and project teams across multiple locations. - Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to operate effectively across different countries, cultures and stakeholder groups. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related field. PMP / PRINCE2 or equivalent is preferred; recognised data centre and H&S qualifications are advantageous.
