Senior Manager – Corporate Development, Leading Financial Institution

About the role We are looking for an experienced M&A professional to join a fast-paced corporate development team at a major financial group. In this role, you will help drive growth through acquisitions, investments, and strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets and partnership opportunities - Lead and perform financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence - Support end-to-end deal execution, working closely with internal teams (finance, legal, risk, operations) and external advisors - Prepare materials and present recommendations to senior leadership Key Requirements: - 6–10 years of relevant work experience - Bachelor’s degree in relevant subjects - Strong financial literacy is a must – solid modelling and analytical skills are essential - Preferred background in insurance or asset manager corporate development; FIG IBD (Financial Institutions Group investment banking); General corporate development & M&A, Big 4 or actuarial consulting background - Strong commercial acumen, with excellent communication and negotiation skills How to apply If you are interested in discussing this role further, please apply for the position or contact Christy Zhang at cz@escorporatefunctions.com (Job Code - CZ/81597).
