Job Description
Job Summary: We are looking for a Government Relations Specialist Specialist to manage and monitor the company’s activities across key Saudi government platforms, ensuring data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely completion of required actions. The role will be responsible for maximizing the benefits of government services, monitoring compliance requirements, analyzing platform data, following up on applications and objections, and maintaining effective communication with relevant government entities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and monitor the company’s accounts and data across key government platforms. - Ensure compliance with government requirements and proactively prevent violations and penalties. - Monitor and analyze data, notifications, and company status across relevant platforms. - Follow up on government applications, objections, corrections, cancellations, and requests until closure. - Monitor Saudization, employment support programs, and available government services and incentives. - Ensure company and employee information is accurate and up to date. - Coordinate and communicate with relevant government entities and support channels. - Provide timely reports, updates, and recommendations to HR and management. Key Platforms: Qiwa | Mudad | GOSI | Muqeem | Hadaf | Nitaqat | Saudi Business Center Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Previous experience working with Saudi government platforms and HR-related government services. - 3–4 years of relevant experience working with Saudi government platforms and HR-related government services. - Strong knowledge of Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem, Hadaf, and Nitaqat. - Strong follow-up, communication, data analysis, and problem-solving skills. - High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
