Debt Finance Associate

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Debt Finance practice of a leading international law firm in Hong Kong. Working as part of a highly regarded finance team, you'll advise leading financial institutions, private equity sponsors, corporates and other sophisticated clients on a broad range of complex financing transactions. The role offers exposure to acquisition finance, leveraged finance, corporate lending and other structured financing matters, with the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners on high-value domestic and cross-border transactions. Requirements - 2 years' PQE gained at a leading international, U.S., UK or regional law firm. - Experience advising on debt finance transactions, including acquisition finance, leveraged finance, corporate lending and/or other complex financing matters. - Strong technical ability with excellent drafting, analytical and negotiation skills. - Ability to manage multiple workstreams and contribute effectively to complex, fast-moving transactions. - Strong commercial awareness and a client-focused approach to delivering advice. - Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary and cross-border teams.
