What You'll Be Doing - Advise lenders on leveraged finance, sponsor-driven and complex cross-border financing transactions across Asia-Pacific - Work across a broader mix of debt financing products and structures - Develop experience with international banks, regional lenders and private credit providers - Build your technical capability across complex English-market documentation and cross-border financing structures What You'll Bring - 2-4 years' PQE on the Hong Kong/UK scale with strong debt finance experience, including leveraged finance and lender-side transactions - High-quality training and experience within a recognised banking or finance practice - Strong technical foundations with the ability and appetite to broaden your financing expertise - Mandarin capability is advantageous, although not essential Who This Suits You're a capable debt finance associate who wants greater variety across deals, clients and markets.
