Senior Sales Manager

Responsibilities - Support and execute the New Installation Sales strategy to achieve revenue, order booking, market share, and profitability targets - Drive business growth by identifying opportunities, developing customer relationships, and expanding the project pipeline - Monitor sales performance and market developments, and implement action plans to achieve business objectives - Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, architects, main contractors, and other key stakeholders - Manage major tenders, contract negotiations, and strategic customer engagements - Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, and Project teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies Requirements - Holder of Bachelor's degree in Business / Engineering / Marketing, or a related discipline with at least 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a people management role - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets - Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation, and contract management capabilities - Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence customers and internal teams at all levels - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced and competitive environment We offer the right candidate 5 days' work, competitive remuneration package and benefits, including marriage leave, paternity leave, study leave, medical scheme (with dependents coverage), education subsidy and attractive retirement plan.
