Job Title: Sales Support, Asset Management Location: Hong Kong Experience Level: ~5 Years Position Overview: Our client is a Leading Chinese securities firm based in Hong Kong. To support their expanding Asset Management business, they are looking for an experienced Sales Support professional. Key Responsibilities: - Sales Support & Collaterals: Assist sales teams with client pitch books, product presentations, DDQs, and RFPs for offshore funds and discretionary mandates. - Client Onboarding: Coordinate with Compliance, Operations, and Custodians on client account opening, KYC/AML documentation, and onboarding workflows. - Client Service & Reporting: Handle routine client inquiries, coordinate trade execution, and manage periodic portfolio/NAV statement distributions. - Cross-functional Liaison: Serve as a bridge between front-office sales and back/middle-office teams to support smooth business delivery. - Key Requirements: - ~5 years of sales support, client service, or middle-office experience within Asset Management or buy-side financial institutions. - Solid understanding of HK asset management operational workflows and common offshore fund structures. - Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential. - Detail-oriented, self-motivated, with strong communication and multi-tasking skills.
