Location: Central Headoffice Nature: Renewable Contract (1 Year) Job Title: Sales Support Officer (Corporate Banking, Anti-Money Laundering) (Bank) Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to relationship managers within corporate banking teams. • Assist relationship managers in preparing high-quality credit proposals and client presentation materials for business meetings. • Coordinate the client onboarding and Know Your Customer documentation process to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering standards. • Liaise directly with the credit risk department to facilitate account reviews, approvals, and relevant documentations. • Handle client enquiries in a timely and professional manner to support ongoing business relationships. • Assist in scheduling client meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating logistics for business travel. Requirements • Hold a Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, or related academic disciplines. • Possess at least two years of relevant work experience in corporate banking or financial institutions. • Demonstrate knowledge of anti-money laundering compliance, customer due diligence, and operational risk procedures. • Show proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing. • Exhibit self-motivation, strong organizational skills, independent problem-solving ability, and a positive work attitude. • Maintain professional fluency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
