Product Engineer
INGRASYS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD.Job Description
Key Area Responsibilities - Create and modify bill-of-materials structures. - Maintain product and process data in the shop-floor control system and SAP. - Support rack-packaging design and implementation. - Lead bill-of-materials and material changes, coordinating smooth transition and implementation with local and overseas cross-functional teams. - Support mass-production activities and resolve product-related issues. - Lead or participate in Kaizen and other continuous-improvement activities. - Support factory qualification for new product introduction. - Participate in internal and external ISO audits. Requirements - Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline. - At least three years of relevant working experience in manufacturing. - Ability to collaborate effectively with customers, headquarters, factories, peers, subordinates and supervisors. - Experience in BOM, SAP & SFC system management - Strong problem-solving skills. - Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision. - Good project-management skills. - Strong attention to detail. - Commitment to complying with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards.
