Insurance Associate

Role Description The Director at Osense Digital is a full-time, on-site leadership role based at No. 3, responsible for overseeing digital strategy, client success, and overall business performance. This individual leads cross-functional teams across SEO, PPC, social media, content, and web development to deliver integrated campaigns aligned with client objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting strategic direction, managing key client relationships, reviewing performance data, and guiding optimization efforts to ensure measurable results. The Director is also accountable for resource planning, mentoring team members, improving internal processes, and contributing to new business development. Collaboration with senior leadership to define growth goals and maintain a high standard of work quality is central to this role. Qualifications - Proven leadership experience in a digital agency or marketing organization, with responsibility for strategy, team management, and client outcomes. - Strong knowledge of core digital disciplines such as SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content strategy, and web development, with the ability to integrate them into cohesive campaigns. - Demonstrated ability to use analytics and data-driven insights for decision-making, performance optimization, and reporting to stakeholders. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with experience managing senior-level client relationships. - Track record of building and mentoring diverse, high-performing teams and fostering an inclusive, collaborative work environment. - Experience in budget management, forecasting, and resource allocation for multiple projects or accounts. - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications in digital marketing are an advantage. - Ability to work on-site at No. 3 and adapt to a fast-paced environment with evolving client and market needs.
