Senior Creative Lead

Senior Creative Lead - Hong Kong Habitus Design Group is seeking an experienced Senior Creative Lead to join our Hong Kong team, working across luxury hospitality, casino resort and residential interior design projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strong creative point of view, extensive design experience and proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead projects from concept through completion. Key Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field - Minimum 10 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio across five-star hospitality, casino resorts and luxury residential projects - Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, finishes and FF&E selection - Experience leading design projects from concept to completion, including client and project coordination - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion and Adobe Creative Suite - Ability to develop and interpret construction documents, technical drawings and specifications - Strong understanding of building codes, regulations and sustainability practices - Excellent creative direction, leadership, communication and team collaboration skills - Ability to manage multiple projects, clients and deadlines efficiently - Professional certification or membership in design associations is a plus Location: Hong Kong Employment type: Full-time To apply, please submit your CV and portfolio to info@habitusdesigngroup.com.
