About the Role We are looking for someone who loves brands, content and internet culture. You'll support our branding team across social media, creative content and brand campaigns, helping bring Longbridge's brand to life across different markets. This is a hands-on internship with real ownership, where you'll work on live projects instead of just observing from the sidelines. Responsibilities Content & Social - Support day-to-day content publishing across social media channels - Draft captions and schedule posts - Maintain the content calendar and ensure posts go live correctly Trends & Ideas - Stay on top of trends in AI, investing, fintech and social media - Bring fresh content ideas and monitor competitor activities Creative Support - Help create simple social graphics and short-form videos using brand templates - Support campaign content and creative production Community & Reporting - Monitor comments and messages, escalating sensitive issues when needed - Prepare simple weekly social performance reports - Keep brand assets and content files organised Qualifications - Student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media or related fields Required Skills - Passion for branding, social media and digital content - Strong writing skills in English and Chinese - Detail-oriented, organised and eager to learn - Curious, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
