Accounting & Finance Manager

We're a Web3 conglomerate, and are looking for a hands-on Accounting & Finance Manager to join our regional finance team. The role will cover accounting, reporting, budgeting, controls, audit, and finance process improvement across multiple entities and jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities - Manage month-end closing, financial reporting, consolidation, and account reconciliations. - Oversee accounting for fiat and digital-asset transactions, including wallets, exchanges, custodians, tokens, and intercompany movements. - Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and financial performance analysis. - Maintain strong internal controls over payments, digital-asset transfers, approvals, and financial records. - Coordinate statutory audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting with external advisers. - Improve accounting systems, reporting processes, and finance policies as the business scales. - Partner with senior management and business teams on financial planning and decision-making. Requirements - Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent preferred. - 6–10 years of relevant accounting and finance experience, including team management. - Relevant experience in Web3, cryptocurrency, digital assets, fintech, trading, or financial services. - Strong knowledge of financial reporting, consolidation, reconciliations, budgeting, and internal controls. - Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency, and cross-border operations. - Practical understanding of wallets, exchanges, custodians, and on-chain transactions. - Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
