🥐 Commis Baker – Hiring We’re Hiring: Commis Baker 👨🍳🥐 We are looking for a motivated and passionate Commis Baker to join our bakery team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in professional baking and basic hands-on knowledge of bread, croissants, cookies, pastries, and other bakery products. Key Responsibilities - Assist the Baker Chef in daily bakery production - Prepare and handle dough for breads, croissants, cookies, and pastries - Assist with mixing, shaping, proofing, lamination, and baking - Follow recipes and production standards accurately - Maintain consistency in product quality and presentation - Prepare and organize ingredients and equipment - Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery section - Support the team during daily production and serviceRequirements - Can join immediately - Previous experience as a Commis Baker or Bakery Assistant is preferred - Basic knowledge of bread, croissants, cookies, and pastry production - Willingness to learn and develop professional baking skills - Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment - Positive attitude, teamwork, and strong work ethic - Experience in a bakery, restaurant, hotel, or central kitchen is an advantage 📍 Location: Dubai, UAE 💼 Position: Commis Baker 📩 Interested candidates are requested to send their CV via LinkedIn.
