About SimuPhish SimuPhish is an AI-driven Human Risk Management and Phishing Simulation platform helping organizations strengthen their human firewall through realistic phishing simulations, security awareness, gamification, and data-driven insights. Role Overview We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales and business growth across the GCC & Levant region, excluding UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B/enterprise sales experience, excellent regional market knowledge, and a proven ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers. Key Responsibilities - Drive regional revenue and achieve sales targets across assigned markets. - Identify and develop new enterprise and mid-market opportunities. - Build relationships with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, IT, HR, Risk & Compliance leaders. - Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to demos, negotiations, and closing. - Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate forecasts. - Identify opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling. - Represent the company at relevant cybersecurity events and industry forums. - Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive conversions and customer growth. Requirements - 5+ years of experience in B2B, enterprise, or regional sales. - Cybersecurity experience is highly preferred; SaaS, IT, or enterprise technology experience is also relevant. - Arabic fluency is mandatory with strong English communication skills. - Strong understanding of the GCC & Levant market. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. - Existing enterprise connections across the region will be an advantage. - Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
